04 / How I work
I work across websites, software, and connected hardware. The starting point is always the same: understand what would actually make the work easier.
First, I want to understand the job: what you do, where things get awkward, and who has to use the result.
Then I build the smallest useful thing. It should be understandable, tested against actual use, and improved from what we learn.
The person doing the work should stay in control.
